Kim's Nails

Worse place, I will never go here again. I had my nail done on Friday by a guy( the only guy) They put just a drop of acrylic on the cuticle and buff it off leaving paper thin nails. One nail breaks and I go back Saturday. The guy acts like if I’m lying and didn’t get my nail done there. He repaired it and tells me to go to another seat because he was going to do someone’s nail. First of all he should’ve finish my nail before taking another customer ( it’s was only one nail. I sit and wait for someone to paint 1 nail, I can’t find my color and no one comes to help, around 6 technicians come to me and ask if I find color, I tell them which one I thought it was and says no and walks away, now I’m frustrated because they all did the same thing. Just get me the color and i paint my own damm nail. So another tech comes and say it’s the ring finger so we do both fingers in silver. I said whatever , look horrible with the color I have. Sunday another nail breaks and Today Monday another one breaks. I guess I got what I paid for a cheap job. I will never go here again. I only went because my cousin suggested to me but no thanks I will continue to go where I always been going for years

never will i ever go back, i went and spent $60 plus tip just for a full gel set to fall off in 3 days. i understand one maybe two of them falling off but it was 5 of them in 72 hours. she did not prep my nails before anything didnt say a word to me when i showed her a picture of what i wanted which was just black with glitter and not to mention half were shorter then the rest and all different shapes. so disappointed and never will waste my money again there.

I normally like this place but they gave me the lady I never want .. because I seem to always have an issue when I have her .. an older lady there .. if I don’t have her I’m usually good .. I wanted full set new gel nails for thanksgiving approaching instead I got Christmas looking nails and on top of it they all came off before thanksgiving ! I didn’t even get to get a fill yet .. now I’d have to pay for a full set again ? I only have 3 nails on each hand now …I had to cut the remaining down to not look too bad on thanksgiving .. they all came off for no reason .. I didn’t do anything .. as a single mother I don’t have time to sit in the chair again and again because they come off.. I will see if they will fix this if not I won’t be going back

i tried this place 3 times because of how convenient the location is and every time i went back it was worse. the first time wasn’t so bad just barely noticeable things. the second time was a lot more noticeable. the whole appointment was very rushed (i noticed they don’t turn anyone away so that’s probably why), they burned my cuticles and made me bleed, and the nails were crooked and totally uneven. and the final time i booked with the first nail tech i had since she did a better job, and they gave me someone different. i went for an acrylic fill i told her just a fill with polish three times and she still redid them all and applied gel polish, what should’ve costed me like $35 costed me almost double for wonky nails and and it wasn’t even the design i wanted that they said they could do. that last time another client who had been leaving when i arrived, came back within 10 min for a mistake with her nails and they gave her an attitude about it. i’d rather just drive farther than go here again.
